Appointments

All appointment times given include consultation, preparation, your treatment time and vacation of the room. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment.

Courses

Any treatment courses must be paid in full before or at the time of the 1st treatment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We ask you to please be considerate if you are unable to attend your treatment and to give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will incur a 100% charge. Within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.

If you are paying with a gift voucher the cancellation fee will be taken from the voucher.

Card details are required through Fresha, our booking system, at the time of booking. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being cancelled. All bookings are confirmed by email but no reminders are sent out so we ask that you please make sure you have the correct date and time for your appointment.
