Terms & Conditions of Use:

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
  2. We reserve the right to decline an invalid voucher.
  3. The voucher may be exchanged for an alternative treatment or products of an equal or higher value.
  4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change will not be given, however any unused balance will remain valid until the date of expiry.
  5. Vouchers must be presented on the day of your treatment, failure to present a valid voucher may result in full payments of account until a valid voucher is produced.
  6. We reserve the right to withdraw a treatment related to a voucher but will offer a treatment of the same monetary value.
